Alfredo Pelcastre Photo Studio Identity

The Bauhaus, founded by Walter Gropius in Weimar, was a German Art School that created one of the most influential movements in art, architecture, design, typography, and photography. The term refers to and was understood as the ”School of Building” or also as Constructivism. Lazlo Moholy Nagy was a self-taught artist that created his own visual language through photography, constructing images that became representative of the Bauhaus movement.

Design and architecture have been the foundation of Alfredo Pelcastre photography. The construction of his images through geometric elements, tension lines and a designed composition are key parts of his work resulting in powerful images.

With this reasoning, we used independent geometric elements that combined they ”build” one particular concept representing the idea of constructing images that provoke emotions.
