Telcel (ATM Self-Service) Identity
Identity development for Telcel Auto Attention (self-service) project. The Mexican mobile phone company Telcel required an identity for the self-service system for its customers who use their ATMs for various services. In the same way, they were implementing a self-service kiosk that would be placed inside the stores and that customers could perform about 20 services without the need for a salesperson or someone to attend them, managing to improve the response time to “basic” services or “Simple”. The graphic concept of identity (isotope) is based on the idea of self-help, doing things or processes yourself. The isotope was intended to be easy to recognize and understand. As part of the identity development, applications were made for the ATMs, the self-service kiosk and the iconography used within the cashier and kiosk systems.
