Takifugu Sushi Bistro. Based on the name of a type of puffer fish, known in Japan, more as Fugu, the identity for the sushi bistro restaurant plays with the abstraction of the fish and which in turn is a representation of a minimalist plate of sushi. Sushi Bistro for the reference to being a small space of personalized service. This same simplification is shown in the two base colors of the palette: a red and a sand color (beige) used mainly for background usage.
