Integrated Management System Identity
Our client, a large multinational organization, recognized the need to establish a clear and cohesive identity for its integrated management system. To address this challenge, our studio embarked on a comprehensive project to develop a visual identity that would effectively communicate the purpose and scope of the integrated management system. We began by thoroughly analyzing the system’s key components, including its goals, its various functional areas, and the unique needs and requirements of the client’s diverse workforce.
Drawing on this deep understanding, we set out to create a set of simple yet impactful icons that would serve as the visual anchors for the system’s different elements. These icons were designed to be instantly recognizable, allowing employees to quickly and easily identify the specific area of the system they were engaging with, whether human resources, environment, security, health, or the use of natural resources (mainly water).
To further enhance the cohesiveness and memorability of the visual identity, we developed a distinct typographic treatment for the system’s name, “SGI Sistema de Gestion Integral (Integrated Management System).” By contrasting bold and regular typefaces, we could emphasize the system’s importance and authority while maintaining a sense of approachability and accessibility.

The result was a comprehensive branding solution that captured the essence of the client’s integrated management system and empowered their employees to navigate and engage with it more effectively. The clear and straightforward design of the icons, coupled with the distinctive typographic treatment, ensured that the system’s identity was easily recognizable and could be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of internal communications, from publications and email signatures to informational banners and digital displays.
By investing in developing a strong and intuitive visual identity, our client transformed how their employees interacted with the integrated management system, fostering a greater sense of ownership and engagement across the organization.
