TELCEL SELF-SERVICE IDENTITY

In many cases, Telcel Customer Service Center (CSC) users line up or wait for their turn without need, as they will perform very simple operations. With this in mind, Telcel implemented self-service kiosks for less complex procedures. Within the development of the identity pictograms that refer to the operations that can be done both in kiosks and Telcel ATMs  (which in some locations are placed right outside CSCs) our studio also generated the "tufts" topping kiosks inside the service centers themselves.
