The Laguna Water Fund Identity

The Laguna Water Fund (Fondo de Agua de La Laguna in Spanish) is a project that seeks to develop financing intervention proposals in conjunction with research centers, educational institutions, and organized civil society organizations that can significantly contribute to water security in the Comarca Lagunera, ecosystem protection, and aquifer recovery.

• Two regions make up the Comarca Lagunera: Coahuila and Durango.
• Two large rivers in the area: Rio Nazas and Aguanaval.
• The region is made up of a total of sixteen municipalities.

The identity needed to convey the local relevance and the importance of ecosystem, emphasizing water protection.
